These past three days have been ok. While I certainly have not had an abounding amount of energy, I haven't been extremely tired yet. During the Uberman transition, I would often feel so tired that all I could think about was lying down and resting. Furthermore, I would have bouts of narcolepsy in which, if I wasn't careful, I could fall asleep against my will and without me really knowing it. Thankfully, none of the severe symptoms of sleep deprivation have occurred with Everyman.

It has also been a psychological relief having the 3 hour core sleep at night. On Uberman, the waking portions of time and the nap durations were respectively identical. This made it tricky to decipher the starting and ending points the days. It was as if life was a machine perpetually moving forward without respite. With everyman, the core sleep clearly distinguishes the different days.

Also, I have not had EVEN ONE oversleep, which bodes extremely well for my future with Everyman. The core sleep makes this adaptation less of a shock to the body.
